IPO in late 2014, then CHAMP group dumped all their shares in 2 years time. then SP is stabilized between 4 and 4.4. (most of instos bought between 3 and 4) Most of funds bought to get stable dividends. Nobody expected the company will fly or fall.
So, it is hard to tell the aggressive Takeover is right or wrong. However it created a good opportunity for tree shaking. (multiple times) I saw that in Feb when DRP came out. (huge debt, no money. then big boys pushed down a lot to get cheap cheap DRP shares)
Have to wait to see report next week and new broker report. I believe CR is coming and then big boys will add more.
another 6 months to wait then.
after all, it is a good company. and we do not have many good companies in Australia.
