the interest rate decrease shows a sign of panic, and what has happened in the past is that once the initial euphoria wears off, investors will realise this and start to worry about whether the Fed did it too late, or whether the Fed knows something that hasnt been dislosed to the market, should take a couple of weeks maybe sooner.

The H & S neckline rejected last nights rise, but I imagine it will be penetrated , but 13500 might be some resistance
