Amusing that even in an article about 'Fake News' the likes of Rolling Stone can't resist the temptation to indulge in a bit of their own.

Nowhere in the linked video is that claim made. The video even uses those exact words when quoting President Trump, multiple times.
But Rolling Stone have a long history of making stuff up.
