yea go figure the government use it as a bomb target for 50 years then when they are done they slap a sign on it saying it needs environmental protection ?????? and access is prohibited because there is a tree virus in there that must not come out of there and they would rather someone got rid of it for them.
well here's a plan ..... we will dig it up and get rid of it for them and then replant it and they can start again ..... and bomb the living day lights out of it AGAIN for another 50 years if they want ......
