    I don't think the JV is in a big rush to do Galoc 2. They need to let the cash build up from the big bail out of a few years back and selling the Phase 1 oil at the higher prices probably suits everyone fine.

    I think the JV would like to do as much of Phase 2 from cashflow as possible.
