S&P has already downgraded from BBB+ to BBB.
If S&P moves again to notch them to BBB- they will be facing higher interest costs on their debt which will place them under even more pressure. If Management can pull a rabbit out of a hat now would be the time to do it................my fear is a dilutive capital raising and or suspension of div which will be a double whammy to existing holders.
