I think the muted share price is a reflection on their forward looking statement - most of BPT oil are sold on contract and their FYI21 earnings are locked in.
Then again, the results are sound.
All things being equal, if their earnings are locked and the production upside is limited
Then a tiny dividend = very little surprise upside for share holders
