Crude oil futures fell 3.4 percent to $126.62 a barrel in New York yesterday, the biggest drop since March 31 and the lowest close in two weeks. Prices have more than doubled in the past year, raising costs for airlines, shipping companies and reducing spending by consumers as fuel prices rise.
