    I think you were right previously-It is the O/H
    I have been in a few stocks where S/H have had to wait years and years for some good news
    and when that news finally arrives it opens OK but then it is sell time as everyone unloads. It is not over until everyone who has been waiting to exit does so.
    At a guess we may need 50% of stock to turnover before it can start moving towards 1c
