About Morgan Stanleys view how o and g sector headed for a rally based on stronger balance sheets, higher oil prices and increased exploration and developement
No mention of ROC ( they mention HZN STO and OSH) but it does mention Beibu .
With Brent averaging around 120 last month and 125 so far this month and with 6 months of back to back drilling starting soon I can't see how ROC will not be on the 50s or 60s
