In other news, keeping tabs on EV take up. It looks like Germany won't hit their self imposed EV target for 2020. Why is this important? Two reasons:


1) The trusted premium car industry (Audi, BMW, VW, Merc) have not seen a strong adoption of EV, with the exception of the BMW I3. These are the target market which can afford the new cars


2) There is a new strategy ... driving LPG / natural gas as a stepping stone to EV. Converting existing ICE (diesel) cars. You may recall a company which just found a heap of natural gas offshore in the NWS...
