re: oil back to around $48 a barrel; gold $448 Currently $47.85 .... and with OPEC looking to cut production to raise the benchmark price we are unlikely to see
-$40 oil for a long, long time. +$50 oil is far more likely as the US$ goes into a tailspin and commodities rise.
With gold nudging $448 the writing is on the wall for the $US.
Precious metals and oil still look like the 'premier investments' as the storm clouds gather.
