Stipper, using your analogy for a moment, when someone tells me they will be there in an hour...I expect them to be there in an hour, within maybe 5 minutes each way...after 10 minutes Im on the phone asking them where the bloody hell are they, I didnt agree to meet them in an hour to be left standing around like a moron twiddling my thumbs. I would expect however that by that stage, they would have had the decency to ring me and explain why they are late and advice what time they will be arriving.

No such decency provided by our publicly listed company.
