There's a fair bit of talk regarding oil going into the teens at some point given the overs-supply. Keen to get your thoughts on SXY's prospects in this environment?
My personal opinion is that if prices did trend that low, it would only be for a brief period of time. Additionally, those that survive the carnage would thrive. In terms of SXY, given the diversified nature of it's business and exposure to east coast gas, the business should generate sufficient cash flow to get through a downturn such as this. ID and co's prudent management is a bonus.
My base case still is till for a resolution between R&KS inside the next few months - this state of affairs will decimate independent producers and about half of OPEC, if they don't.
