    Either OPEC stabilizes the crude oil price to the benefit of the members or it is no longer irrelevant! It is logical for OPEC to attempt this stabilisation first but I'm no longer sure that OPEC is unified. The Dec 4th meeting will be illuminating.... My sense is that something will happen and soon!
