totally agreed! Very disappointing STO has not reached it's pre correction levels of 7.60 or so. This "should" be 8 bucks by now. Oil prices today far exceed the levels of that corresponding time. Today's dreary performance of STO is enough to send us to invest offshore. Does anyone know of a domestic margin lender who will accept US stocks? Leveraged Equites do not as yet.
