Lets get away from the headline dumping,
I realise like many others that this management is a bit slack with their info, and promises, ie- Large storage tanks, or lack of them, it might well be that they are preserving well integrity, but if they increase the flow to what they say they can, they will need a hell of a lot of tankers daily or they will have nowhere to put it.
No matter what, management will want to profit from this well and the others at tortugas in the very near future, they would be mad not to, after all they are in it for the money
