China's part in the price rise cannot be overlooked. China is happy to provide cheap consumer goods as long as the consumer countries supply it with the raw materials; there lies the problem, the people in those countries are not necessarily enjoying the benefits of cheap consumer goods. It would be a good idea to forgo the debts of these countries and flood them with affordable consumer goods to assist the flow of raw materials. Once a nation becomes a consumer/middle class, there is a chance of rising up.
