ERH has one of the most exciting dicoveries any junior oil explorer on the ASX will be making it is just a matter of 1 weeks patience to be rewarded. This stock will be dirt cheap in the cents as the true value is 10 times where the current price is.
Chinguetti's oil column of 88m produced 120 million barrels of oil. The oil column ERH disclosed 144 meters is some 70% larger. Even if the column produced 30% of the Chinguetti flow that calculates at 40 million barrels approximately at $130 per barrel this equates to $5.2 billion. ERH has 40% of this well equates to $2 billion then if you halved it again $1 billion divide it by the shares on issue - this equates to $8.86 per share. HOW CHEAP is 54c.
