    Are you plugging ITC or reporting production? Growler obviously running under predictions of 300bopd, reading between the lines they believe its marginal so they need to run it longer to see what happens. VPE and ITC have commitment wells to drill or they will be in default, so no suprises on rig tender.
    BTW PELs 86, 87 & 89 would be considered moose pasture by those in the industry!
