Conix, i think what opec did was great. It shows they are prepared to cut production to keep the oil price at levels above $40 per barrel. Some took the view 1 million barrels wasnt enough but it is the intent which is more important not the fact that they didnt take a sledge hammer to crack an egg and it leaves scope for further production cuts.
