Well, investors has every reasons to be sceptical, the timing of the CR is totally suspicious. CTP had given too much hopes back in O-2. Im as long term holder will definitely change my sentiments. This CR has definitely blow my confidence. Why dont they issue the bonds, if they believe that JW-1 definitely give an oil flow? Dillution really hurt shareholders
