For drill rig detail have a look at http://hotcopper.com.au/announcements.asp?id=410758 it states they have a rig.
April 2012 investor presentation states, “Should OBL declare Backreef-1 a Discovery, the second well Farm-in requirement within the Backreef Area by 31 October 2012 is thereby immediately obviated”
So they have a rig and they dont have an obligation to drill the second well.
