    Debt structure looks bad on this one.

    The CFO and the directors really seem to have got themselves into a doozy. Being forced to issue a lot of capital for little return. I guess this was the best time to do it with the HoA in the pipes and Galloc back online, but, smashed for incompetent fin management. time for a new CFO?
