What levers can an oil company pull in an oil bear market? Is it essentially a matter of lowering capex and cutting contractors/staff? I'd assume selling assets in this kind of environment would have to be at a firesale price.
Not that this is too relevant in the short term, from my understanding BPT is in a pretty strong cash position, am I right?
