low volume selling ... can't really see much expect top20 sitting tight and some nervous traders who bought expecting a surge on spud cutting their losses.
Got to hope that they hit the juice, but below .10 there's also a value equation starting to creep in. If the downside on nothing, zip, nada was .06-.07 then at .09 the risk-reward factor for a 12 month hold becomes even more compelling.
next week we know i guess.
