    Because you claim to "have 50 44 gallon drums in the garage and a large septic tank full of the stuff in the back yard", doesn't mean everyone else does that, so the example you have given above is irrelevant to my overall views. One example is not the norm. I sure think the example you have given IS NOT the norm. By the way, I hope your garage or septic tank aren't close to your house. If either are your insurance company may need to know what you have stored there and will otherwise you might find that your home insurance is null and void. Have you read the fine print?
