I don't understand why CTX SP is dropping like a rock at the moment? Fundamentals haven't changed and all indications are there is a refinery shortage in the Asia/Pacific which should help keep margins nice and high. The only thing I can figure is someone knows something we don't about potential cost blowouts on the clean fuels plant upgrades?
Any thoughts? I agree probably best to wait for end-of-year report now so hopefully market re-prices stock upward from current levels? I'm confused!!
