    from 2006 until early november Bell Ixl have been accumulating shares up to 17.7%.In their announcement on the 11/11/07 they appear to have bought and sold shares ,ending up with 6.3%.I was heading off for the day and only read the first half of the announcement which appeared to say they had 17/7%.Sorry about that.It wouldn't be the first time Taxi Drivers had better information than Brokers,
