    Debt 590m
    Assets with the fall in oil prices of 20%
    Obviously the Assets are now worth less?
    Interest running @,$60 M
    Therefore need to achieve a sale of $650 plus or hand over keys ? Yes?
    With the fall in oil prices this $650 is harder to achieve!!
