Maybe, maybe not. These things are too volatile to be trying to pick a bottom. These best we can do is buy when it is relatively cheap. Some now, some later. It does not matter.
So, long as I didn't buy right at the top and I don't allocate alot, I am happy to go long. If the strategy fails, the other stocks in my portfolio will pick up the slack.
