What you state makes prefect sense but the head winds for PCL is that it will either farm down a large chunk of the 75% it holds or it will have to do a very large CR if they are require to contribute to the drill. Deep water drilling isn't very green so it decreases the number of players in this market. In saying all this IF (and its a big if) all the cards fall the right way with the current SP you may be in for a rewarding investment.
