I think that HDR's strength today is most likley a response to oil rising (now over US$59) and the fact that it was oversold. From the illustration of the Lake Albert prospects in the Info Brochure it seems that at the nearby Waki-Butiaba drill there were a number of potential sands between a series of "seals". If the geology at Waraga is indeed similar to Mputa nad Waki then its possible that they have reached one of the upper layers by now.
The potential for another discovery at Waraga seems good .. and they may drill other prospects if either of the first two have commercial quantities of oil. Big upside .. and I would hope a significant impact on the sp ... we need something soon!!
