I tried to read Joe Vialls' article but there is no place in science for propaganda. I did google his name with enlightening results though.
That was written 4 years ago and Russia is still not an oil exporter and Nth Korea's Dear Leader is still delusional and still without oil.
Out of curiosity I will read a little further on the deep drilling but I doubt much will come of it.
