hartleys just released an update with a 4 cent price target...
they rate the third well going ahead as 50/50 and the chances of a positive result from the second well as well.
they state that there may be more drilling NEXT year in thailand.
they state that the europe deal is LIKELY to go ahead but drilling is NOW QUARTER THREE this year.
hartelys are SUR's broker / CR firm - if hartleys are less than positive not a good sign. they even say if second well wire results are poor then better buying opps than 4 cents will most likely present...
the capper is a speculator hoping to make some coin when the dust settles.
