    havnt read the report but it seems strange they rate it at 4c without knowing the results of the second hole....

    surely they cant rate it at 4c... even if they have been on the phone to the company and they 'feel' the hole will be non-commercial...just doesnt seem to be allhat professional to me (even for hartleys).
