But I thought Amory was saying that WPL (ie the company itself) were going to be responsible, or complicit, in driving the price down so that the calls weren't exercised. So that would mean WPL itself have written calls, and intend to drive the price down? Or is that not what Amory inferred?
I can understand if an broker/investment bank has written calls and wishes to force the price down, but the company itself?
Sorry if I am off track here.....
