re: oil is up - wpl is up (?) just look at the excellent timing of negative report! with only 7 days to go till august option expiry, they have been able to knock the 1900's and the 1850's out of the running within the course of one short week. not bad, considering rising price of oil.
remains to be seen if they can achieve as much for the 1800's. I can barely wait.
if their drilling operators are only half as efficient as their share-price manipulators above ground, how can they miss?
