    I have a question about OPECs I'm hoping someone can help me out with.
    There plan is to suffocate high cost producers out of the market through low oil prices, naturally reducing supply. But no OPEC countries balance sheet can handle this price long term, not even Saudi. So once the price does recover, isn't the time it takes for high cost producers to re commission there rigs the only material gain they've gotten of this entire ordeal?
