i saw that report from citigroup, they definitely upgraded it to 49.80. Its a short to me at the instant. Momentum is definitely down. Lower highs and lower lows. Both recent news announcements have been good news translated to poor share price perf.
BHP to go to 22.70 also.
WPL may go up today based on the doji but i doubt it with the drop in oil. Over the next week it will test 38.
But then again could be wrong. Good luck with it
