When the need arises for the oil rig to take place AOC will supply it but at this stage there is no rig.
Now I have mates in Ethiopia and Sudan and they tell me rigs are a dime a dozen if you really want them, insurance also isn't a problem they have cheap labour from India, Pakistan and china when required so man power also isn't a problem.
