Haven't looked at the company myself but I can tell you Stirling flogged us the Puffin story during the dot com boom. Admittedly the economics have changed dramatically with the tripling of the oil price since. May be a case of once bitten, twice shy for some I guess. Probably still worth doing a little research though with the new data coming through. A job for next week me thinks ! ...
