I never enjoy reading about a fellow trader 'copping a flogging' from the market, however is it possible that you were trading from the heart rather than than a balanced analytical judgement?

I am certainly not trying to offer how to trade techniques (after all I've made enough bad calls in the past) but I think that you decision to 'push the sell button' may have been induced by a generally 'bad week' and not by a level headed approach.
