re: my theory Hi Towie yes I've always what WPL were thinking about not getting a firm gas agreement in place along with the oil at the earliest moment. They seem to have dithered even after Banda. The only obvious conclusion is that they lacked the mental capacity to fully comprehend the situtation.

Woodside seem almost pathalogically set against releasing any good news on the region, but only since the Mauritanea Govt grabbed their chance getting 12% of Chinguetti. Prior to that, they were very bullish, and I include the period following the Tiof-6 flow test. I find it almost incomprehensible that they'd risk their good relations with the Mauritanea Govt by continually downplaying the regions prospectivity since then but I don't really know what other conclusion to draw.
