Great to be doing research mate,
But ya kind of milking the cow before we/you have the cow.
If the price of oil has changed that much in months as stated above, then I dear say it will change a lot buy the time we are (hopefully) selling oil.
I understand you wanting to know if it may affect a JV partner but seismic alone is what we are needed to shine at present.
