It is not common but there have been cases of options being replaced with ones that expire
at a later date. Usually a fee attached to the process..
A tricky problem for the company, dilute the company appallingly by issuing 2 million shares at a low price or pay $2M. At .4 cents that’s 25% dilution.
Better off paying cash and extending the options
Not sure they will have a spare $2M to pay PLX anyway.
In three months this Coronavirus scare is likely to be over, Trump will have it sorted, then he will fix the oil prices, he can’t have all the frackers go broke. I expect he will purchase a lot of cheap oil for the US oil reserve. Apparently it is about 70 million barrels less than full. Has about 65 million barrels in it at the moment.
Far too interesting times. Ruining the economy is much worse than the Coronavirus.
Quinine seems to be effective at holting the Boris and is already in use for other anti viral applications.
