ASX Oilers report follow Brent price which has dropped & is currently sitting at USD 22.76/bbl.
Next month there will b increase in production from Saudi Arabia, so that will put extra downward pressure on the Oil price.
Given the volatility in the commodity mkts due to the double whammy from Covid-19 & high OPEC production most Oilers have cut down their Capex guidance for the year. Each day brings more uncertainity in the mkts, so will be a very choppy ride.
WTI is at 20.36/bbl. Dont know where ABC got 14$ from !!
