From what i hear, PRLs SPP broker has been doing the ring around determining if investors are going to participate in the SPP - so i expect news, big news early this week regarding seismic and maybe even progress on Spain. While i assume this is because of a lack of interest - you can see there will be a last minute rush to participate once we get a meaningful update at long last. I dont see these levels at sub 10c being revisited again!
