The facts are with 5.6b SOI this will put a ceiling on any rise.
Companies with that many SOI just do not appreciate as much as a company with a lesser amount of SOI.

Why FAR have not consolidated yet is a mystery.
They have a good 2C resource so a consolidation wont change that.
A 10 for 1 would give them 560m shares and an SP of $1.15.
Plenty room to manoeuvre on any future CAP raise with minimal dilution.
The MC will still be the same in fact everything will be the same and it will move the company away from anymore massive dilution.

Some posters seem concerned that companies fall post consolidation but the only ones who fall are non performers.
If the company has solid foundations it wont fall it will actually rise on good news like BSL or LYC.
Companies like VMT who consolidated are exceptions to the rule due to non performance.
The market will make the adjustments post consolidation on performance.

The other plus would be that the short position would reduce to a tenth of what it is now in regards to the number of shares shorted which might make it harder to manipulate on low volume days.

100% agree. The SOI is a drag and so is the low share price. Consolidate and take on the semblance of the emerging oil stock you will surely be.
