in my good memory , not too far ago we all was counting that farm out deal will re-rate WHN, and we all was wrong , now we are waiting for 3D results from La Bella, start 3D in Seychelles and maybe another project which maybe will do the job and SP will go up. I hope you guys are right, but IMO real re-rating will start when drilling rigs will be on the site, till them, maybe SP will hit 3c. Good luck.
Regarding Afren , they should start drilling end of this year, but if I remember 3D results firstly was due September 2013 , 9 months delay and still no results, now I am no so sure if they will start drilling in Seychelles this year, looks like NO for me.
